More than 100 people visited the "Volgograd – Capital of People’s Diplomacy" platform on City Day

On September 12, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a dedicated event venue themed "Volgograd – Capital of Public Diplomacy" operated at the Volgograd Children and Youth Center (a municipal supplementary education institution) as part of the City Day celebrations.

Delegation from Chengdu Visits Volgograd

From September 10 to 12, a five-person delegation from Volgograd's sister city, Chengdu — led by Mr. Li Xudong, a general matters division head at the Chengdu Municipal People's Government Foreign Affairs Office—visited our Hero-City. The visit was timed to coincide with the "Dialogue on the Volga" Forum, where the Chinese delegates presented reports on youth policy and international cooperation.
