The participation of Volgograd artists in such a major festival (over 1,000 competitors from 25 countries) is a striking example of how cultural exchange strengthens the friendly ties between our cities and countries.

The grand prize for the winners will be the right to perform at the International Festival-Competition "Art Panorama Russia – Belarus," which will be held in December 2026 at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation.
