Volgograd Municipal TV reporter became a laureate of the International Media Competition
The 11th International Competition "A City Reflected in Its Media" was organized by the International Assembly of Capitals and Large Cities of the CIS (IAC), of which Volgograd is a member. After a thorough consideration, a 2nd degree diploma in the nomination "We remember and take pride" was awarded to Darya Solovieva, a reporter at Volgograd Information Agency, for her entry under the name "The people who gave their names to the streets in Volgograd's Sovietsky district."
In total, the competition united more than 30 cities from 5 CIS countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Transnistria), who submitted more than 200 exciting video reports for the jury to choose from.
Let us be reminded that this is not the first IAC competition in which Volgograd residents have been given honorary awards. Previously, certificates and diplomas found their new owners in Volgograd participants of the theater festival and Volgograd city economists.
