The new project of Volgograd and Chengdu will bring together Pavel Serebriakov Volgograd Conservatory and Sichuan Music Conservatory. Each side will make five Power Point Presentations dedicated to the plays, operas, ballets or musicals staged in Russia or China.

The project will culminate in a videoconference between the participants, where they will have a chance to see each other face-to-face, demonstrate the best works, and, maybe, even do a music performance.

Meanwhile, we will be publishing the participants' works in the Russian language in our social networks, and their translation into English – on this very website "Volgograd, the Capital of People's Diplomacy".
