Its organizers and partners will be:

- "Volgograd-Hiroshima" Friendship Society,

- Maxim Gorky Volgograd Regional Universal Scientific Library,

- International and regional relations directorate, Volgograd Mayor's Office,

- members of youth clubs and associations willing to explain and demonstrate their fascination with Japanese culture.

Once again, the "Japanese Cupboard" will be divided into 2 parts.

During the first and interactive one, the festival's guests will circulate the rooms and corridors of the library and take part in its numerous quests, contests, competitions, and quizzes. Usually, they are based on everyone's favorite books, films, series, anime, and games, so there is a whole world contained inside each room of the festival.

The second part of the festival will feature a concert with stage performances, dance numbers, cosplayers' catwalk and an auction game for the most active participants.
