In the last days of the year 2021, the Volgograd Regional Universal Academic Library named after Maxim Gorky signed an agreement on cooperation with the City of Kemi.
Before March 30, 2022any Volgograd resident can send their questions for the residents of Kemi to the Library's e-mail lingv@vounb.ru and have a chance to see it answered by the staff of Kemi Art Museum.
By the International Sister-Cities Day, April 24, 2022, the answers to your questions will appear at the Gorky Library website – and in a most unusual and captivating format.
