"Russia and China: so far, and yet so close". This is the name of the project that has long been connecting Gymnasium No.3 of the Central district of Volgograd, and Middle School Yucai – branch of High School No. 7 Xuedao Campus.

This September, Volgograd and Chengdu students are determined to demonstrate that not only their schools, but also our cities are much closer than we used to think. They have prepared a whole series of colorful and informative videos about the iconic statues, buildings and little-known sites of Volgograd and Chengdu.

"Are you also tired of the sites that the Google advises you?" goes the tongue-in-cheek inquiry of Gymnasium No.3.

"In our city, you will see that King Kong was not the only one to climb skyscrapers…" continues the intriguing remark by Middle School Yucai.
