The Association's activities are aimed at solving social, psychological and legal problems faced by the emigrants from the former Soviet countries. With its dedication and hard work, the Association has earned recognition not only from the Russian compatriots, but also support from independent non-profit and charitable international foundations, as well as from the Belgian authorities.

The Association employs teachers of the French and Russian languages, as well as of music and fine arts. More than 30 people study at the school founded by the "Russian House in Liege".

Particular attention is paid to youth activities – theatrical performances, concerts, conferences and seminars. And during summer vacations, the "Russian House in Liege" organizes summer camps where children learn to communicate with each other in their native language; engage in sports, theater and drawing, and study the history of both Russia and Belgium.

A special attention of the organization is dedicated to the preservation of the memory of the Second World War participants.
