Among the panelists, there were representatives of the IAPMC member-cities: Slovenj Gradec (Slovenia), Volgograd (Russia), Coventry (United Kingdom), Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Kragujevac (Serbia), as well as Mr. David Fernandez PUYANA, Switzerland (Geneva) – Ambassador and Permanent Observer of University for Peace to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva, and Dr. Sylvester ROWE – NGO Representative of IAPMC at the UN headquarters in New York.
